These sourdough snickerdoodle cookies are made with our sourdough discard, giving them a subtle depth of flavor you won’t find in a traditional version.

Each cookie is a generous 3oz—just like our browned butter chocolate chip cookies—so you get that same bakery-style size with a soft center and lightly crisp edges. The slow fermentation adds a gentle tang that balances perfectly with the warm cinnamon sweetness.

Oven Reheating Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.

2. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

3. Once the oven is preheated, warm the cookies on the middle rack for 4–6 minutes, or until heated through.

4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then enjoy.
