If you've tried my best-selling Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, you already know how good that rich, nutty browned butter and soft, chewy sourdough cookie base can be.

Now imagine that same delicious cookie loaded with chunks of chocolate sandwich cookies instead of chocolate chips!

We start by slowly browning real butter until it's golden and fragrant, giving every bite that rich, slightly nutty flavor. Then we add sourdough discard for extra depth of flavor and a wonderfully soft, chewy texture.

But here's where things get really good.

Instead of traditional chocolate chips, these cookies are packed with chopped chocolate sandwich cookies, giving you little bites of chocolate cookie crunch and sweet cream filling throughout.

The edges bake up lightly crisp, the centers stay soft and chewy, and every bite is filled with cookies & cream goodness.

Oven Reheating Instructions

Want that fresh-from-the-oven cookie experience?

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.

2. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

3. Warm on the middle rack for 4–6 minutes, or until heated through.

4. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
